Events

A varied supporting program accompanies the exhibitions. Thanks to the “low-threshold” offerings, visitors experience the exhibitions repeatedly and from changing perspectives. Events such as concerts, theme days, open air film evenings, readings or public discussions with scholars and cultural workers deepen the themes of the exhibitions and supplement the program, many of which are free of charge and organized in cooperation with partners from the region. Here at KUB, the audiences encounters the artists and and guests in such an immediate way as no where else.

COURAGE FEAR POVERTY PEACE

A series of events

From early March to early April 2023 the Kunsthaus Bregenz is opening its doors for a new discussion format: in these current times of upheaval and uncertainty, the KUB is becoming a place to meet and converse—a space where dialogues with guests and partner organizations on current sociopolitical topics take place. Each exhibition week will be devoted to one topic.

The project is being presented in cooperation with the Amazone association, the Institut für Sozialdienste (ifs), the youngCaritas Vorarlberg, and the Friedensbüro Salzburg.
